1. Where does Lirvona ship?

We currently offer free shipping within Canada and the United States. For shipping outside Canada and the United States, please contact us at support@lirvona.com or call +1 (437)-886-3936 for a custom shipping quote.

2. How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). Once processed, they are shipped out for delivery.

3. What are the estimated delivery times?

Order Handling Time: 1-3 business days

Shipping Transit Time: 6-10 business days

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7-13 business days

Please note that unforeseen delays, such as weather conditions or carrier issues, may affect delivery times.

5. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, but you must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@lirvona.com. Once an order is in transit, we cannot modify the delivery address.
