Parcel Damaged in Transit
If your parcel is damaged upon arrival, please decline the delivery and notify our customer service team right away at support@lirvona.com. If it was delivered while you were away, contact us promptly for further instructions.
We accept claims for lost or damaged shipments within five days of delivery confirmation. After this period, claims cannot be processed. If eligible, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
